Charging problems usually come from one of four things: pocket lint packed into the port, a worn or damaged port, a faulty cable/adapter, or a failing battery. We test with known-good chargers first and inspect the port under magnification. Sometimes a professional cleaning is all it takes—and we’ll tell you if that’s the case.
If the port is damaged or corroded, we replace the charging flex (iPhone) or charging board (many Samsung phones). That also often fixes problems with the bottom microphone, which sits on the same assembly on many iPhones.

We service Lightning ports on iPhone 8 through iPhone 14, USB-C ports on iPhone 15 and newer, and USB-C ports on Samsung Galaxy, Pixel and Motorola phones. Wireless charging still works? That’s a good sign the battery is fine and the port is the issue.
